Data Protection
Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the school collect, use and protect their personal data. Additionally, as a public body the school makes information available under the Freedom of Information Act. Collectively we refer to these requirements as "Data Protection".
St Michael’s believes in a transparent approach to Data Protection and the use of information. The policies and documents on the ACAT Policies page help explain how we try and to achieve this aim. CCTV cameras are installed on external sections of the school premises as a security measure. Please refer to our CCTV Policy below for further information.
