Data Protection

Under data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed about how the school collect, use and protect their personal data. Additionally, as a public body the school makes information available under the Freedom of Information Act. Collectively we refer to these requirements as "Data Protection". 

 

The documents which can be found on this page and the Ascension Trust Policies Page explain how the school and the trust complies with these legislations. 

 

CCTV cameras are installed on external sections of the school premises as a security measure and are operational during weekends/school holidays only. The cameras do not operate during the school day. Please refer to our CCTV Policy below for further information.
